- Company/ Establishment/Purchaser/Contractor/Service Provider shall maintain documentation & compliance of Employment records/ Abstract of Acts/Monthly-Periodic records of Muster cum Wages & other registers for Client/ Govt/Third Party auditors submission as mentioned here under as prescribed in customised professional compliance.
Labour Laws Compliance for Construction site: –
- The Building and Other Construction Workers Act, 1996, Form 1 to be submitted 30 days before the commencement of work for registration.
- The Building and Other Construction Workers Act, 1996, Form IV to be submitted 30 days before the commencement of work.
- The Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Cess Act, 1996 – a demand draft of 1% of the project cost to be submitted within 30 days of the completion of the project.
- Registration on commencement of work on Form – 1.
- Registration under CLRA for contractor service, with in 30 days from the work commencement.
- Obtaining Labour License if operating as a contractor at the site, after acquiring Form – V from client.
- On completion of the construction project – Form IV with Annexures to be filed to ALC.
- Form A & B to be submitted when construction begins for Central activity.
- Combined Muster cum Wage registered for State on Form – III.
- The Employees’ provident fund & miscellaneous provisions act, 1952 – On Form – 11 & Form -2 on coverage proforma on commencement of work besides monthly deductions and form filling.
- The employees’ state insurance corporations act, 1948 on Form 01 at the time of commencement of work.
